TAHAT RAMONAK-01

Servo-controlled conductive neonatal warming – water or gel mattress, set-point precision 0.1°C, weight ranges from 800 g (water) and 1,500 g (gel).

Conductive warming through a temperature-controlled mattress avoids the insensible water loss associated with overhead radiant warming and removes operator dependency in thermal titration. RAMONAK-01 (TahatAksi) uses a microprocessor-controlled mattress with an embedded temperature probe to maintain set-point temperature within 0.1°C, with continuous overheat protection.
The water mattress accommodates preterm infants from 800 g; the gel pad accommodates near-term to full-term infants from 1,500 g, both from the same control unit. Power consumption is below 40 W/h.

  • Servo-controlled set-point precision 0.1°C — Closed-loop control with continuous overheat protection.
  • Conductive warming without radiant exposure — Avoids insensible water loss associated with overhead radiant warmers.
  • Weight range from 800 g — Water mattress option accommodates VLBW preterm infants.
  • Dual mattress configuration from one control unit — Water (≥800 g) and gel pad (≥1,500 g).
  • Power consumption below 40 W/h.
  • Mattress-embedded probe measures the actual delivered thermal surface rather than ambient or skin.
  • Single control unit covers the full preterm-to-term weight range.

Used in neonates from 800 g (water mattress) and 1,500 g (gel pad) requiring precise conductive thermoregulation without radiant exposure. Enables closed-loop maintenance of mattress surface temperature for stable, low-perturbation thermal management.
