VCAST uses cardiac CT/DICOM data to support functional assessment of coronary artery disease.
The platform  analyzes existing coronary CT scans to evaluate whether atherosclerotic narrowing may affect blood flow through the coronary arteries.

By adding functional insight to anatomical imaging, it helps clinicians assess the potential significance of identified stenosis. The software is intended for clinically stable, symptomatic patients with coronary artery disease and uses previously acquired CT data to provide additional information for clinical decision-making.
