Hemodilution during adult CPB amplifies transfusion exposure and systemic inflammatory response. Kompass delivers a PC-coated PMP hollow-fiber oxygenator with the lowest priming volume in its adult class and a top venous inlet port that streamlines circuit assembly – consistent with the rest of the Eurosets oxygenator platform.
